Product OverviewThe

LD03-23BxxR2 series is one of MORNSUN's compact size AC-DC power converters. It features an ultra-wide AC input range and simultaneously accepts DC input voltage. This series boasts low power consumption, high efficiency, high reliability, and reinforced isolation. It offers good EMC performance compliant with IEC/EN61000-4 and CISPR32/EN55032 standards, and meets UL/IEC62368, EN60335, and EN61558 standards. These converters are widely used in industrial, power, home appliances, instrumentation, communication, and civil applications. For extremely harsh EMC environments, it is recommended to use the application circuit shown in the Design Reference section of this datasheet.

  • LD03-23B03R2: Nominal output: 3.3V / 900mA. Typical efficiency at 230VAC: 71%. Maximum capacitive load: 4000 uF.

  • LD03-23B05R2: Nominal output: 5V / 600mA. Typical efficiency at 230VAC: 75%. Maximum capacitive load: 3000 uF.

  • LD03-23B09R2: Nominal output: 9V / 333mA. Typical efficiency at 230VAC: 77%. Maximum capacitive load: 1200 uF.

  • LD03-23B12R2: Nominal output: 12V / 250mA. Typical efficiency at 230VAC: 77%. Maximum capacitive load: 1200 uF.

  • LD03-23B15R2: Nominal output: 15V / 200mA. Typical efficiency at 230VAC: 78%. Maximum capacitive load: 680 uF.

  • LD03-23B24R2: Nominal output: 24V / 125mA. Typical efficiency at 230VAC: 78%. Maximum capacitive load: 220 uF.

  • Application Notes:

    1. With an AC input between 85-100VAC or a DC input between 100-120VDC, the output power must be derated according to the temperature derating curves.

    2. Suitable for natural air cooling; for closed environments, consult MORNSUN FAE.
