How Can I Track My Order?
You can track your order from your shipping confirmation email. We send an email with a tracking link as soon as your package ships, which you can use any time to check its progress. Please note to check your in-box or spam folder in 1 - 2 days after ordering.
Order Processing Time
In addition to force majeure, All orders take 1-2 business days to process. If your product does not meet the conditions for delivery within 3-7 working days, you will see our notice for the delivery time on the product page before purchase.
Shipping Time
From 3 to 20 business days, depending on the product you purchased and your location, Most of our in-stock orders are shipped out in 1-2 business days, Shipping Time is 3-12 business days, we will ship the goods to you from China.

If the order amount is less than $99, the shipping fee is as follows：

Single shipping rate: The same rate applies to the order. That is, for orders under $99, regardless of the total weight of the order, the shipping fee is the same.
Note for taxes
For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.
Normally there is no any tax in products prices and shipping cost. Please note that you are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered. FEISMAN POWER isn't responsible for any taxes or duties.
For EU Orders Under €150:
We use the IOSS system to simplify customs clearance for your package. Here's what you need to know:

A €120 order (€100 product + €20 VAT) will clear customs instantly – no extra fees or paperwork when it arrives.
(This process follows EU IOSS regulations. We collect and pay taxes during checkout on your behalf.)
How to modify my personal information after ordering?
Please contact us asap once you find your personal inforamtion is not correct. Normally the information can only be modified before the package is shipped.
