We hope that you love our products, but just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return and exchange process super easy.

we reserves the right to refuse returns for products that show signs of use.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you want to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before shipping confirmation, though some changes may cause a delay. Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel special orders or orders that have already shipped. If your order has shipped, you may return it once it arrives.
Return and Exchange Timeframe
How long do I have to return or exchange my purchases?
You may return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product(30 days between the receiving day and the day that you provide the return tracking number).
If the timeout has expired, products are not able to be returned.
Please make sure that products you receive are what you expect and have no problems. Returned items must be unused, untested, un-programmed, in resalable condition and their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will NOT be given in the following situations:
Items with signs of use, wear and tear, damage, dings, scrapes, without manuals (where applicable), warranties, accessories, etc.
Items with visible scuffs or marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
Once returned item arrives at Our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
Return Process
Step 1:Customer requests a return and provides reasons for return
To start the return process, please contact our Customer Support team. Please include the following information:
Order number
Proof of purchase
Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
Complete delivery address
Contact telephone number
Returns Procedure
Contact the Our customer service team by email at service@mornsunpowersupply.com to obtain a return shipping address, or the prepaid shipping label if applicable for your case.
Please include your order number and the reason(s) that you would like to initiate the return.
Step 2:FEISMAN POWER approves or disapproves of the return
Please note that we can only accept returns that have been authorized. The product has to be returned to the warehouse from which it was shipped.
Step 3:Customer sends back the package and provide tracking number
Please choose your preferred logistics company at personalcost, or the prepaid shipping label to mail the package (if applicable).
Properlypack the product to reduce potential damage while in transport. After shipping the product(s), please inform us by email.
Step 4:Customer gets replacements or refund
We will process refunds within 3 business days afterreceiving the returned item(s). Refunds may not appear on your credit card statement until the following billing cycle.
Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.)
- Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with product tag back to our return center. Once the returned parcel reaches the return center, the refund will be issued to he original payment account (or other refund methods) as per your request in 3 to 7 business days.
For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees, including return fees.
Return shipping cost
For products with manufacturing defects:
We will be responsible for shipping fees. Contact our customer service staff to begin the return process. You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label via email. Print this label and use it to return the necessary items to us.
Products with no manufacturing defects:
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with returning product(s). refund excludes all shipping and handling fees, including return fees..
Important Notice:
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with original packaging. Feisman does not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
If you receive a damaged/defective product, please contact Our Customer Service within 24 hours of acquiring product.
Please double-check your returns before shipping. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-FEISMAN products.
