Creating an Account

When you access and use certain parts of FEISMAN POWER’s websites or applications, including but not limited to MornsunPowerSupply.com, feisman.cn, you may be asked to create a user account and to provide personally identifiable information.

After successfully creating your account, you may use it to log in to various FEISMAN POWER’s websites.

Account Security

You may be asked to provide a username, password, and possibly other information to secure your Account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Purchases & Payments

If you purchase a Product through FEISMAN POWER’s websites or applications, you will be required to provide your billing and shipping information as well as information regarding your credit or debit card (each, a “Payment Card”) so that we may charge you for the costs and fees associated with your purchase. You represent and warrant that you are the authorized account holder on all Payment Cards you submit through FEISMAN POWER’s websites or applications, and acknowledge and agree that we have the right to charge your Payment Card for the cost of the Products, and all taxes, shipping, and handling fees communicated to you at the time of your purchase.

Your order is an offer to us to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product from us, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the "Order Confirmation Email"). The Order Confirmation Email is acknowledgment that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we dispatch the product to you and send email confirmation to you that we've dispatched the product to you.

If you are not fully satisfied with the Products purchased by you on FEISMAN POWER’s websites or applications, you may return the Product, in its original packaging, to us for a refund within thirty (30) days of the date of your purchase. You can request and arrange for such a refund by contacting us via FEISMAN POWER’s websites or applications. After the 30-day refund window has expired, your only recourse regarding the Products is through our warranty.

At our sole discretion, you may be permitted to purchase certain Products through Amazon.com (“Amazon”), or by using the payment processing services of PayPal.com (“PayPal”). You understand and agree that Amazon and PayPal are Third Parties, as that term is defined below, and that if you choose to complete any portion of your purchase through these Third Parties, your purchase may be governed by the terms of service, privacy policies, refund policies, and other policies and agreements of such Third Parties. It is up to you to familiarize yourself with the policies and agreements of these Third Parties.

Customs Charges, Duties & Import Taxes
Orders sent out from China are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning that the price at checkout is exclusive of all taxes and duties(For EU Orders Under €150,We use the IOSS system to simplify customs clearance for your package,We will collect the customs duties on your behalf and pay them for you). International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Arrangement of customs clearances, payment of any duties and taxes, and all other matters relating to import of purchases into the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Especially for customers from India, Turkey, Brazil and South Africa, please make sure you have customs clearance capabilities before placing an order. Thanks!

Returns Caused by Customs Clearance

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned to FEISMAN POWER. Once we receive your package, we can refund you for your purchase after deducting any fee for returning. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please contact your local postal or customs office for more information.

Our Intellectual Property

All images, videos, trademarks, etc. appearing on the Site are subject to our intellectual property rights.

Use of the Service may require you to download software for which We grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use such software solely for the purpose of using the service. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our web pages or software.

Reviews, Comments, Communications, and Other Content

This license does not grant any rights or permissions to make use of your content independent of the service. Your warrant that the user content is not illegal or unlawful, does not infringe any third party's legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or us or a third party (in each case under any applicable law). You must not submit any user content to FEISMAN POWER’s Services that is or has ever been the subject of any threatened or actual legal proceedings or other similar complaints.

We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to edit or remove any material submitted to FEISMAN POWER’s Services, or stored on our servers, or hosted or published upon FEISMAN POWER’s Services.

Notwithstanding our rights under these Terms of Use in relation to user content, we do not undertake to monitor the submission of such content to, or the publication of such content on, FEISMAN POWER’s Services, and we are not responsible for any user content.

Current Status of this Site and Improvements

We will optimize our services as necessary, but we cannot guarantee that our Sites will be uninterrupted, secure, free from hazards, free from errors or omissions, or free from viruses. Except where prohibited by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages or loss of business, revenue, profits, goodwill, content or data (including (but not limited to) damages resulting from malware or hacking, software or system errors or unauthorized use or causes beyond our reasonable control) or losses.)

Dispute Resolution

The Terms shall be governed by the laws of China excluding conflicts of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the China International Arbitration Centre in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the China International Arbitration Centre for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause.

Termination of the Services

We may suspend the service of this Site or terminate your access to this Site if we deem it necessary. These terms will apply from the time you use this Site until we terminate your access to this Site.
