The LI10-20BxxPU Series is MORNSUN's new generation of ultra-compact, low-profile industrial AC/DC switching power supply modules designed for board-level mounting. Featuring a plastic flame-retardant (UL94V-0) enclosure, this series delivers high performance and reliability in a minimal footprint. It offers a universal input voltage range, dual AC/DC input capability, high efficiency, low standby power consumption, and comprehensive safety protections, making it an ideal power solution for space-constrained applications.

Important Notes

  1. All specifications are measured at an ambient temperature of 25°C, 230VAC input, and rated output load, unless otherwise stated.

  2. Power derating is required for applications above 2000 meters altitude.

  3. A minimum load of 10% is necessary for stable startup and operation.

  4. The Frame Ground (FG, Pin 3) must be securely connected to the system's earth ground for optimal EMI performance and safety.

  5. This power module is a component designed for installation on a PCB within an end-user's equipment. Final system-level EMC and safety compliance must be verified in the complete end application.

  6. Do not operate the module in conductive or heavily contaminated environments without appropriate protective measures.

  7. The "P" pin (Case Ground) should be connected to the system's protective earth (PE).
