The TW147HL is a two-wire loop-powered PWM signal conditioning module designed to convert PWM input signals into isolated 4–20mA current outputs. Housed in a compact SIP9 package (26×9.5×12.5mm), it delivers 2000VAC isolation and operates reliably across –40°C to +85°C with ultra-low temperature drift (≤50 ppm/°C). This module eliminates external DAC requirements, making it ideal for smart field instruments in industrial automation systems
.
Key Features & Specifications
Direct PWM-to-Current Conversion: Isolates and converts PWM inputs to 4–20mA signals without external DACs.
Integrated HART Communication: Supports HART protocol for half-duplex communication between field devices and control systems (e.g., via A5191 modem IC)
.
High Precision: 0.1% F.S. linearity with robust anti-interference performance.
Loop-Powered Operation: Draws power from the 4–20mA output loop to supply front-end devices.
Extended Protection: ±4kV ESD protection and cold-end temperature auto-compensation
.
Auxiliary Power: Provides isolated 3.3VDC/4mA to support external components (e.g., MCUs or HART modems)
.
Modular Select (ModSelL) Support: Enables multi-module management on a single two-wire interface
.
Industrial Applications
Optimized for two-wire smart instrumentation, the TW147HL interfaces seamlessly with PLCs, DCS, and industrial control systems. Its compact design suits:
Sensor signal conditioning
